Our mission is to help provide education and trauma informed care for displaced Palestinian children

Attending school is a crucial factor in helping displaced young people recover from trauma

War leaves deep scars, especially on young children who have been forced to flee their homes. Beyond the physical dangers, displacement brings fear, loss, and uncertainty—disrupting their sense of security and crucial sense of belonging. At the Renew Roots Foundation, we believe that going to school provides more than access to education but also that it is the path to healing and growth.

Through training in trauma-informed care and education, the teachers we work with understand that connection is key for their students to learn to rebuild their confidence, regain trust, and rediscover hope. Our schools provide safe, nurturing environments where children are supported emotionally and academically.

Your financial support helps us continue this life-changing work. Every donation provides children with access to safe learning spaces, trained teachers and the emotional support they need to heal and to grow.
